We try to keep things fun at Protegra and one way we do this is to bring everyone together for a BBQ. We realize it’s difficult to get everyone together because we have so many people working at different client sites. By getting together once or twice a month to socialize, we become a stronger team.

Every year we hold strategic planning sessions that determine the direction of the company for the upcoming year. Everyone has a voice and every voice is heard.   • What caused the problem?

  • What are the solution options?

  • What one do you recommend?

  • Why?

When we approach ideas clearly and concisely, everyone can understand the issue and your recommendation better.
